An impressive, multinational and fast paced food manufacturing company is looking to hire an confident, hands on and engaging SHE Advisor. Who is able to influence, engage the workforce and promote positive culture and behaviours.

This role will be supporting three sites and a distribution centre in the Park Royal area. These sites are close in proximity to one another and specialise in making chilled ready meals, hummus dips, deli products and savoury accompaniments.

• Base Salary; £40,000 -£45,000 per annum + package
• Reporting directly to the SHE Manager

Main Responsibilities;
• Work closely and collaborate well with the other SHE Advisor, SHE Administrator and SHE Manager
• To promote and influence a positive and engaging SHE culture, across 3 manufacturing sites and 1 distribution center
• Ensure that the requirements of all relevant SHE legislation are followed and implemented, and that the Business complies with corporate and legal requirements at all times.
• Deliver continuous improvement in Health, Safety and Environment standards and practices year on year.

Essential qualifications and experience;
• Food manufacturing background or similar – ESSENTIAL
• NEBOSH Diploma ( or equivalent, or in process)
• Able to support cultural change and behavioural safety
• Change management skills
