Are you an autonomous and driven individual looking for your next six month fixed term contract? Would you like to work with an organisation as a Health and Safety Business Partner? If you have a range of experience within social housing or property management this could be the ideal role for you.
HSE Recruitment network has been commissioned exclusively to represent this reputable and innovative organisation. As a Health and Safety Business Partner you will be based from your own home, covering Wales and the midlands areas. You will be responsible for providing advice/guidance on all aspects of health, safety and risk management to achieve best practise outcome.
You will be part of project teams across your region and where required take lead of smaller projects team. You will be responsible for training, inductions and accident investigations. Alongside this you will be working closely with stakeholders ensuring effective communication and advice is provided around all health and safety matters.
To be considered for this opportunity as a Health and Safety Business Partner, you must have the following:
• Social Housing/Property experience
• NEBOSH General / Construction Certificate (equivalent or higher)
• Tech IOSH (or higher)
• Experience carrying out accident investigations
• Experience in developing and implementing complex safety processes
• Proven ability to build strong relations with stakeholders
• Fire qualifications/experience (desirable)
