Regional Safety Advisor - North & Scotland

HSE Network are recruiting on behalf of a leading global professional services company for a Regional Health and Safety Advisor across the North/Scotland region within their property management division.

They require an advisor to support the regional FM H&S teams' performance by monitoring, advising on good practice and auditing the Health, Safety and Environmental management activities.

Projects will also include facilitating training across the region, assisting in the review and production of technical documents and the supervision of external safety specialist workers.

This role would suit an experienced and technically competent Health and Safety professional who is commercially minded. Having a sound understanding of the commercial property sector and the pragmatic implementation of H&S best practice across a large and diverse property portfolio is heavily advantageous.

As the successful Regional Health and Safety Advisor, you will have:
• CMIOSH (or working towards)
• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
• Property / Asset Management experience
• Exposure to the residential or commercial property sector
• Demonstrable track record of working self sufficiently
• Commercial and strategic thinker
• Auditing experience
• Teaching qualification is advantageous (e.g. PTTLS or AET)
