An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health and Safety Trainer/Consultant to join an expanding Consultancy and Training business. You will be based out of either their London or Cambridge office (depending on convenience) covering a regional territory with a secured client base primarily from within, however not limited to, the FM industry.
As Health and Safety Trainer you will be able to deliver high quality and engaging training courses including; IOSH Managing Safely, IOSH Directing Safely, NEBOSH, IEMA, as well as bespoke courses to clients requirements. In addition to this you will carry out some consultancy services such as health and safety inspections, write safety reports etc. ensuring the role offers diversity and the ability to keep all aspects of a role in safety at the forefront of this opportunity.
Above qualifications my client is looking for a ambitious, personable and charismatic individual who can engage all levels of a workforce. Confidence in client facing situations is essential and a commercially savvy attitude would be desirable. Candidates must have experience in delivering health and safety courses (eg. NEBOSH / IOSH approved programmes) as well as qualification in teaching (eg. PTTLS.) As a minimum candidates will be NEBOSH Gen / equivalent / Tech IOSH with additional qualifications in training, environment and fire as a bonus.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £32,000 to £38,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) plus travel expenses, additional benefits as well as continued support towards professional development.
