Job Title- SHEQ Manager

Salary- £45,000- £50,000 (dependent on qualifcations and experience)

Location- North Birmingham

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced health and safety manager to join a company that are going through a fantastic journey of change that is shaping the future of the business. They are an industrial manufacturer supplying their products into an unlimited pool of clients. With rapid growth plans set for the next 3 years this SHEQ manager role couldn't be more integral to the business and its future success.

You will be expected to develop, deliver, and maintain a full range of SHEQ policies and procedures to govern the organisations operations and ensure compliance with relevant UK legislation and company policies. Health and safety will be the driving force in this role but a key responsibility for this role is the ability to operate, not only from a health and safety perspective but from a behavioural change standpoint as well, to influence and bring in a new wave of safety behaviour.

A proven track record influencing cultural change in this type of environment is essential. You will ideally have experience within an industrial manufacturing environment and have your Nebosh Diploma. Someone with their Nebosh certificate may be considered if they come from the desired background and have a proven track record of turning around poor health and safety culture within the business.
