£38,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

My client is a leading global Logistics specialist with circa 400 staff across 15 offices. They are renowned for their expertise within Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, and have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team based in London Heathrow.

The role of Customer Service Team Leader will see you head up a team of 3 who are the focal point for Healthcare & Pharmaceutical customer service activities, building strong relationships with clients, assisting them with enquiries across Air, Road & Rail Imports and Cross Trade, imparting your knowledge of Pharma products to ensure that the team are full trained and resourced.

To be considered of the role of Customer Service Team Leader – Healthcare / Pharma, you will need to have the following skills & experience:
• Experience in a Customer Service Team Leader / Manager role
• Knowledge and understanding of the Pharmaceutical vertical
• Friendly calm and professional manner
• Ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders
