Currently seeking an experienced Project Manager / Building Services Manager in this varied role to include acting as Project Manager over complex building projects and also asset management of existing buildings including energy management. You will manage a team including Engineering and Project Management, working in collaboration with various other in house teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidate experience:
• Degree qualified in relevant Engineering discipline.
• Proven track record of manging engineering and project management teams
• Experience producing asset strategies and plans for building services.
• Experience of design, construction, maintenance and operation of building services.
• Experience of energy management.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation.
